Back to Back Action...

Hi people... I'm back.. yup, after a long busy 2 WEEKS of surveying.... very tired... haha... Just to get the target of surveying 100 F&B companies,my team and I actually in total approximately called 350-400+ F&B companies in Singapore for our marketing project. IT IS CRAZY.. How insane... but the process was really fun... haha.. get to talk to people from all the different areas of Singapore!! haha...

Ok.. cut off all the school work.. Lets talk about the recent Hot Movie

TRANSFORMER: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN

Yesterday, my boy and I went to catch the recent hot movie, Transformer: Revenge of The Fallen.. I told my boy to meet at century square at 7pm, as I couldn't buy any movie tickets at GV Tampines mall because all the slots were like going to sold out!! can you imagine all the slots..??!! So I left with no choice but end up buying movie tickets for the 8pm slot at century square cinema(although i don't like the cinema there).

When my boy reached, we decided to have korean food at the food court for our dinner.. baby bought the "stone cooked rice" for me or whatever you call it. while he had korean chicken set for his dinner. Well.. the food was nice, just that it was too hot, almost burn my lips due to the high temperature from the bowl made of stone. After finishing our dinner, we went supermarket to buy drinks and went straight into the cinema. The movie last 2 1/2 hours long and here is my review of the movie:

Overall, the movie was a success due to the overwhelming number of people who watched it. The cinema was packed with people!! And as expected, the Director Michael Bay delivers all the high quality "robotic actions" effects on screen. This time round, with even more massive "robot crushing", more explosions and having the military government working side by side with robots in completing missions in shanghai??

Haha, there were more "weird" looking robots created in this movie; one was the girl who was in the university that Sam studied, who was actually a robot in disguise. The story still revolves around the Decepticons(the bad guys) and the Autobots(good guys). The decepticons led by the megatron seek help from an exiled evil elder, the fallen; to continue in their enslaving act towards the human earth, blah blah blah.. However, towards the end of the movie, I was a little disappointed that the story actually end suddenly before I could see what was so a "big shot" about the whole prime thingy;that the autobots was telling Sam that could not let the decepticons to get it.

I understand that there were many bad reviews for this 2nd return of the transformer movie. But I personally felt that the reviews could be really bias to some extend. The reason was because during the 1st launch of the transformer movie, the reviewers said that the movie was just about some piece of metal clashing act and pile up with many explosions thats all. BUT.. what happen eventually? The movie was a box office smash hit with earning about 700 million US dollars worldwide. Well... so on the 2nd return, there were still so many people writing bad reviews about the movie; but I strongly believes that the no. of tickets being sold would speak for itself in the end of the day. Hence, this fast-action and undeniable high quality effects movie would really make you enjoy till the very last second... so watch it!! =)

So much on the movie review, now on today's meeting with elaine and jessica. 3 of us went shopping at Far East Plaza and also to discuss on KC birthday. We discussed some of the stuffs for KC birthday and went to shop around the mall. Elaine wanted to buy covered shoes , but end up getting none.. Jess and I bought the eyelash glue that I always used, jess also bought a pair of fake lash to try out.. hehe.... Than after shopping around we took bus to PS and walk to a mall to had wanton mee that Elaine recommended. The wanton was really crispy to the max!! haha.. not trying to exaggerate here, it was really delicious.. =) Than we went back to Plaza Sing. as Elaine wanted to go Daiso to get some stuffs. I bought comb and elaine a laptop cover and jess bought some stuffs too... Finally, at last, we went to mos burger and have a cup of milk tea and have a chit-chat session before going home.

I'm back...

Hey people.... is me... yup.... came back le... is like for don't know how long didn't blog le. Well... I don't really update coz for the past year there were so much things that happen that make me can't help to find life F*** up by some how. But i'm ok now, with some "reflection" session with myslef and help from my boy, I was able to walk out this miserable period of my life..

Now, I'm concentrating my effort into the current MP/SIP project and have move on with life with a different perspective. Hence, so much for the gone 2008, and now 2009, I've so much to talk about.

Lets start with the Mentor Training Camp that I've attended for the preparation of the Orientation in April 2009. It was a camp that i would never forget in my entire life!!! There was so much bonding and fun that I didn't experienced before... other than the training, the whole camp was just about having fun and really bonding with everyone, cheering as a whole and know more new friends! Added on to that, during the 3 days orientation, the class that I incharged was really a great class. I thank God that they are really very co-operative bunch of people. Overall, the training camp and the orientation really brighten my life and I really have fun in it.

Next, will be my MP/SIP project... hmm.. actually, this part was quite boring as my friends and I were always in school so is quite boring. Well, i think the best things so far was the gathering with my classmates and weekends meeting with my boy. Talking about my boy, thinking that he will be going to army soon makes me a bit sad, which is like end of this month?!?!... haiz... But nvm.. I will miss him de... He will always be a great source of strength to me. =)

Lastly, for this week, thursday, I'm invited to a BBQ held by my freshers from the orientation at east coast park. Halfway to the venue, I lost my way there! Dotz... I actually miss the bus stop that I was supposed to alight; so i walk all the way back to parkway parade and called my friend and to search for the way there. Thank God, in the end i found the place and suddenly felt a sense of relief when i saw my freshers waving at me... sobz.. sobz... i wasted 30-35 minutes to find the place.

After i put my bag down, I went to the BBQ pit and saw the "chef" cooking for the entire class??!! I was like asking him (his name is chun kiat), " why you cook alone? No one help you?" He say," em... yup I cook alone, coz if they help will not help much also". It was at the later part, when I saw a few of the classmates came to help chun kiat than i realised why he chose not to be help, becoz they juz make things worse. Hahaha....

Than, I was asked whether did I know the purpose of them holding this BBQ? I told them, I don't know, no one told me. Than they said it was a farewell BBQ for one of their classmate agasi as his father was being transfer back to phlippines so had to follow his father back too.. so sad..
=( Their class actually prepare for him a TP white shirt with drawing of him and their individual messages to him and i and the other mentor that came also left our message there. I'm really glad that they invited me; as initially I was still thinking to go for the BBQ a not as I was quite tired after my MP. Luckily, i went le, if not i would miss the memorial day. They really prepare a lot a lot of food... I heard from them, that they individually top up $10 each... huh?????!! ... too much le ba...I only ate 2 chicken wings ,2 hotdogs and a mashmallow as my lunch haven digest on that day.. haha... At the end of the day, we took many photos and some of them went to play pool and i went home with the other mentor and 3 of the other freshers. It was reall indeed a very enjoyable day and seeing the class bonding reminds me of my own class too... hees..
I shall end here le... sorry for no photos... will update soon.. =)

I went to catch some movie with my mum and dad; Money not enough 2.Yup. True enough, money is always not enough. That reminds me of how babdly I manages my money. I often told myself that I'm going to save how much by the end of each month, but normally before the month end my $$ all gone liao... Haha... thats very true of me last year la.... but now is much better le. Now at least by the end of the month still got a few hundred dollars left.. Good job tingz =)

Keke... My boy always say i can't stop spending.. well.. quite true, coz there are so much temptation out there... how to resist?? hees.. clothes... accessories... make up.. skin care.... hair care...food... whats more to ask for. So.. as u can see.. is impossible for me to save up... haha... well.. my baby will say is all excuses.. haha.. true la... I learn my lessons after all... So lets all try to save up, as Singapore stuffs are getting more and more expensive... haiz.. we will soon become like japan loh.. everything so expensive.. and worse of all.. we can't even complain, coz we are citizens of Singapore, we muz pleage ourselves to be one obeying Singaporean.. Haha.. if don't obey, than still.. bobian.. coz government is bigger ma.. what to do...

Hmm.. recently, exams is coming le.. sianz... muz study again... hate it man... but still muz study... haiyo... i muz try my best man... I believe God will bless me de... haha... positive attitude is the thing... and after exam.. still cannot rest sia.. than my work starts... cannot don't work leh.. No work = No $$ .... so... after all.. still muz work.... keke... but ok la.. although have to work.. but I enjoy my work.. very nice... at least is not very hard to do and nice to serve different customer and help them do pretty make- overs too =)
